Return, Exchanges, and Refunds

If you decide your Parlewe stuff is the wrong color or size, or maybe you just want to return it for some horrible reason like you wore it out and want to pretend it's still in new condition please email us at GetSorted@Parlewe.com to initiate a return or exchange.  

Return Authorization Numbers (RAN's) are required on all returns and exchanges.  Don't blame us.  Blame the legal department.  They're a salty bunch.

Please provide your order number and request for exchange or return/refund.  Your order number is in your email.  Your email password is probably your first grade teacher or your mother's maiden name.  The turnaround time for returns/exchanges is 5-7 business days once we received your item.  Be warned, there aren't too many actual business days at Parlewe HQ.  Like 2 or 3 a month, tops.

Returns and exchanges should be sent inside a box with tape and a label on it to:

We tried accepting shirts and other gear without boxes and labels but it just made a mess.  Legal got upset.  It was a whole thing.

Exchanges: We offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges.  We do this because corporate tells us it's good customer service.  But shipping isn't free.  So be thankful for our kindness and generosity.  Please be sure to indicate the new item you would like.  I mean that seems like a dumb thing to say but you'd be surprised.  A prepaid USPS shipping label will be emailed to your email.  Is that redundant?  Emailed to your email?  We will email you a label.  That label goes on whatever packaging you've rustled up to send your exchange back in.  Maybe it's the packaging we sent.  Maybe it's an old shoe box.  Maybe an empty grocery bag.  Anything you can stick a label to, really, will work. We will be happy to ship the exchange items to you at no cost.  Because we want you to be happy.  So you ordered blue but change your mind and want red.  No problem.  We're here to serve.

Returns:  Please note an RAN is required on all returns.  We said this above but even after saying it again here some of you will miss it.  It's hard to read on the internets.  We are happy to email you a prepaid return label, or you are welcome to self-return using the carrier of your choosing.  Do you have your own UPS or Fedex number?  By all means take it out for a spin.  We accept packages from any carrier you can think of.  You are subject to a shipping/restocking fee of $5.95 on all returns with the fee deducted from the amount of your return.  So what this means is say you spend $100 with us.  You get free shipping.  You wear our stuff to Moe's.  You get salsa on it and decide to return it.  You need to email us.  We will send you a label.  When we get your salsa covered stuff back that you washed and we can't tell is used, we will give you $94.05 back.  Because that's $100 - $5.95.  Deal?

Refunds:  Refunds will be given in the same method you paid.  Credit card.  Because that's all we take.  Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will know if you spilled salsa on your shirt.  We have this dog that sniffs all the incoming packages.  Once your return is received and inspected by Duke the former FBI crime dog, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  May the odds be ever in your favor.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within seven business days.  Then you can buy more stuff.  Preferably from us.
